I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. He showed up when he said, did what he said, charged what he said. Revolutionary concept apparently! The tile work in our bathroom looks like it belongs in a magazine.

The work on our deck was impeccable. My wife, who is VERY particular about these things, couldn't find a single thing to complain about. That's saying something!
