Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. However, he did track some paint on our carpet that I didn't notice until after he left. When I texted him about it, he came back same day and cleaned it up himself, which I appreciated. Docking one star for the oversight but adding it back for making it right.
