I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. I really wanted to give this more stars because he seemed like a nice guy and I know he's trying to build his business. But I have to be honest - the work was just OK. The fence he built is functional and looks fine from a distance, but up close you can see where some boards don't quite line up. For the price I paid, I expected better attention to detail. Might give him another shot on something smaller.
